Kalamath St. - Kitchen Remodel 

​We removed the load-bearing wall in between the kitchen and living room to open up the space & give them more natural light. This project led to the homeowners asking us to remodel their two bathrooms as well, which we did successfully and they have referred our services to many of their friends and family, which we are very grateful for!

Chatfield Estates - Garage To Apartment Conversion

We converted a garage to a 1 bed/1 bath apartment for a family friend of the homeowner. The project turned out great, below budget and ahead of schedule, just the way we like it.

Highlands Ranch - Kitchen Remodel

The homeowners wanted to remodel their kitchen so we went above and beyond, exceeding their expectations with custom cabinets, a great deal on the appliances from our recommended supplier and we even added a few can lights, all while staying within their budget & timeframe. 

Kalamath St. - Bathroom Remodel

We had so much fun working with the homeowners to bring their dream bathroom to life! We updated the countertop, vanity, sink, shower bench, and all tile. The homeowners were a blast to work with and we can't thank them enough for their help throughout the project.

Chatfield Estates - Small Kitchen Buildout

We had to run all new plumbing, electrical & HVAC. All areas passed inspections the first time around and the kitchen project turned out great!

Clarkson St. - Bathroom Remodel

We added a skylight and fully remodeled this bathroom, to include a custom built vanity & matching mirror, custom tile work and updated all plumbing.
